We had been to Uokura many times because the food and service had been good. On our last visit the soft shell crab rolls (one of our favorites) did not taste right. We let our waitress know and she took them away. When the bill arrived they had not credited us for the two rolls. When we questioned this, the owner came over and we explained the situation. Instead of being receptive, he told us that the rolls were fine and would only credit us for one roll? When we objected he said in a harsh loud voice that the crab was fine and ""I don't need customers like you!"" (the whole restaurant heard) The wait staff was embarrassed and apologetic, we feel for them. Please do not support this business.
