This Sprint PCS store was great in replacing my cell phone with a different one at no charge and under warranty. The tech was great at viewing my phone and being honest when it came for him to tell me what was wronf with my cell phone. The sales staff was excellent in treating me like a VIP customer. They are there to make sure you are happy and they'll do anything to achieve that customer satisfaction.
