I went to Eastqueen to have a custom engagement ring made. The customer service I received was so poor that I chose to take my business elsewhere at the last minute (forfeiting my deposit in the process). Cathy failed to return my calls and forgot specific time constraints on several occasions. There are many excellent jewelers in the Chicago area who will provide the level of service worthy of such a special purchase. I did not find that to be the case. more
