This funeral home has a large gathering area for viewing the casket and for family and friends to console each other. To me I was a little uncomfortable because it was just a mess of people all thrown together into one room. The setup seems crowded and not very comfortable. In these situations you want to be as comfortable as possible. The halls were narrow and there was only one bathroom which seemed very small. I just think they could rearrange room to make the process more easier to participate in.
