Depends on the KIDS in the kitchen 11/13/2005

The one of the most important things to me in restaurants is consistency. Be consistently good or bad but be consistent! After several trip to TJ Flats and sometimes everyday for a week straight. All I can say is they need to stop worrying about where the next franchises is going to open and get someone in the back that is consistent. I am a Mexi junkie and the only reason they scored that high is there are not enough mexi places in town. Can you also tell whoever you have in the kitchen to rinse the utensils of between making orders. I do not like my chicken or beef taco or burrito tasting like FISH! Fish taco, hell no! This goes for all your store, especially the one in SRQ! It's better than Taco bell but by how much? Depends on the KIDS in the kitchen... Pros: Fresh, Quick, filling Cons: never the same twice, never the same twice, NEVER THE SAME, TWICE more
