Hubby & I are trying to try different restaurants in San Carlos, and we found this one on Citysearch.
Tomatoes were in season, so I had the caprese salad as an appetizer (heirloom tomatoes & mozarella). It was the *best* caprese salad I'd ever eaten. For the main course, I had some dish with soft shell crab & shrimp which was delicious. I can't remember what hubby ate but he liked it.
Unfortunately, I think it's an overlooked restaurant because its on a quiet stretch of El Camino Real without many stores around. If you enjoy cajun food, you should definitely try CreoLa. Don't miss out on this hidden gem.
Pros: Food, Ambience
