I've been eating at Sake since it opened some years ago in Franklin and even though I have the rare occassion of a run in with some not so well done food, it has never been anything to warrant not coming back. The prices are reasonable and even though service may take a bit longer than your average sushi resturant, at least I always know it will be fresh.
I highly recommend this place, even though the smallness of size and simple decor (along with the staff conversing regularly in japanese) may distract some people, I find it no distraction at all.
Pros: good food, good prices
Cons: , simple decor
