When Thai Noon opened, I was thrilled. The first time I went for lunch about 2 weeks after they opened. I had the best Pad Thai I've ever had. It was the perfect combination of sweet, sour, salty & spicy! My dining companion got a Tom Ka Gai (chicken/coconut milk soup) that was fantastic. I'm not a coconut milk fan but I had to have my own bowl. Sadly, this was my last good experience. Since then, I've ordered twice for take out. The Pad Thai has never been the same. I have ordered it at least 3 times & every single time, it's different. The rest of the items have been passable but nothing nearly as stellar as our first visit. I think they have potential & the owner seems very nice. However, the inconsistency of the food & the service will surely make them short-lived on Alberta Street.
Pros: Tom Ka Gai
Cons: Service, Inconsistent recipes, slow
