Located in a former Islip Bank where the vault now serves as the wine cellar. Outstanding food and service with the emphasis on red meat. Perfectly done steaks accompanied by garden fresh salads, superb steakhouse condiments, and the best bread basket on Long Island. No steakhouse can top Brooklyn's Peter Lugers but this is a close second and without the hassle of Williamsburg parking.
