There are real Japanese working at the restaurant, but I did see a non Japanese working the Sushi bar working with a Japanese looking chef (I did not get to check him out). My order of sushi plate at a table, instead of at the bar, had a good amount of sushi for the money, but the presentation was not very good. The tuna rolls were just rolling on their sides, instead of sitting up to show the quality of tuna! The nori (sea weed) was tough and the rice was too warm. There was too much liquid coming off the ginger and sushi was drowning in it.
Overall, the restaurant was better than average for a restaurant in this country.
