Whoa, Talk about a lack of customer service. Watch out for these folks. Listen to this....reserved a slit seeder for Friday on Monday, went to pick it up and it was broken. Reserved for next weekend, called again on Monday to make sure it was getting fixed. Employee #1 says..."" We'll call you when it is ready,definitely ready for you on Saturday"". I call back on Friday because I have heard nothing. Employee #2 answers (#1 is not there). ""We have fixed it and have already rented that one, SORRY"" This ""mom and pop"" must not need the business..... HomeDepot here I come!! Steer clear of these bumblers.
