We bought a Camry Hybrid in 2007 by paying in full. We thought all was fine until they took the double amount (total for 2 cars) out of our account and then tried to reposes the car. We were shocked. It took almost a month to get our money refunded and then they charged us processing fees!!! We were not impressed. Hoping they would do a better job, we returned February 2009 to purchase a Prius. The service had not improved and we were not impressed with the strong arm sales tactics. We ended up purchasing our 2009 Prius at Fort Bend Toyota. more
