Tried to return two spindles of 100 DVD-Rs that I later found out were not compatible with my iMac. With receipt in hand,Customer Service looked at the receipt, and said "Sorry, this was purchased two months ago. All returns must be made within 30 day. I cannot override the system." Manager gave me the same, bland response. Absolutely atrocious customer service from beginning to end. Why has common courtesy and the ability of Customer Service people to help become a dying breed? Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
