As in the past, I am very happy with both my multi-split units and the excellent service provided by every company employee I have met. Today, Frank P performed maintenance on my units and also applied insulation tape on the wires outside where squirrels have gnawed through the foam rubber coverings. Frank was also helpful in providing me with the information I needed and was friendly and personable. Another great employee!
