Jacques and Same G were great. Courteous and helpful at all times. They answered all my questions and kept me informed of everything that was happening. They even went above and beyond by helping to create a makeshift heating duct under my cabinets to help the heat get out into the kitchen - this was not part of their scheduled job. Also, because they installed everything properly, they noticed as they were about to finish that my condensate pump was not working and replaced it before they left. If they hadn’t noticed the issue, I would’ve had water in my basement. I’ve already recommended Unique to my neighbor.
