He was very responsive at first but didn't know what he's doing since couldn't fix washer after 3 visits and scheduled 4th visit and then below offnthrb appointment he set with know explanation and never contacted to apologize for not showing up. I lost 4 hours if work waiting! Don't use him, he not reliable.
