I had a high velocity system installed recently by Unique, and ran into an issue where a system fuse was blowing. Since this was a freshly installed system we knew something was wrong. After a couple of attempts, Unique sent out Beshoy A to troubleshoot since this was a new system (iSeries) that was not as common in the area. Beshoy took about 15 minutes to find the fault which was causing the fuse to blow. After the repair, he took the time to reinstall my Nest thermostat (as we had replaced it as part of the troubleshooting efforts), and took the time to do a complete heat/cool test with me. While on property he also replaced a fan for another outdoor unit for me, which I had ordered from Unique. Again, he worked fast and then took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the repair (he even showed me the old fan).
It was easy to see that Beshoy was an experienced, professional and personable guy who really enjoys what he does!
