Arrived on time; diagnosed problem quickly, presented action plan for repairs to be performed tomorrow.
Curiously, one week ago, two repair guys were here diagnosing the heater problem as replacing the electrical panel. Les came today to look at scope of work to replace panel and provide quote. Les determined the immediate problem with heater was actually a break in the intake pipe for the source pump. Our association might have paid for unnecessary work and problem not solved....
