We had Everdry remove the black mold from the basement, then they proceeded to water proof all the way around. (it's been 9 months now) It took about 3-4 days total. They were efficient, worked well together. No issues there. We did have a spot under our front steps that would not dry out. They came about a month later to fix. I can actually breathe with confidence down stairs. As with the other reviewer, it was
$1700.00 and you do pay a yearly fee of 75.00 for the warranty, which is worth it. It is also transferable to the new owners if you decide to sell. All in all I am very happy with their work and it was worth it, black mold gone!
