We have never had a problem with furnace or A/C repairs while also on service plans for both. ANY TIME there is a problem (clogged filter, mouse house in A/C outdoor fans, furnace zone valve malfunction) over the years, these guys are available on same day or very next morning to fix the problem. Clean, efficient, and on time. Very fair pricing for the premium level of service that is delivered in the lower Fairfield County area. Hal, our usual service rep and problem fixer, is very thorough, clean, and neat. Highly recommend.
