Buyer beware. Do not purchase any item from woot that includes a warranty unless they provide the documentation up front, as required by federal law. They are selling products that are refurbished and advertising that they come with extended warranties. As it turns out, they refuse to ever actually honor the warranty, even under threat of regulatory enforcement and litigation.
