Warranty work needed on Samsung Refrig. Notified on 6/24/17 and as of 7/11/17 (19 days) have received one garbled voicemail. I left 5 messages with no response. Home Depot advised the part was shipped and received by him on 6/29/17 After a complaint HD set up an appointment through him for 7/10/17 HE WAS A NO SHOW On 7/11/17 a second repair facility was contacted. Steer clear of the company he has poor or no customer skills. more
