I called ahead and scheduled to have an estimate on my care. Dropped it off... 1 week later, I heard nothing, so I called. Mike hadn't been able to do an estimate yet. 2 weeks, I call again. Nothing. 3 Weeks in I speak to Mike who says he still hasn't been able to look at the car to give me an estimate. 1 month in I show up to just pick the car up. Unprofessional and not motivated. No communication. Avoid.
