Josh was terrific. He took pictures of the coils and filters and I told him the last person that came did not take the filters out and clean them off, like he did. Josh answered my questions and did a great job. I feel he has a lot on his plate as I asked him about his family and he told me that his daughter has cancer. Please go easy on Josh B because he has a lot on his plate. He did not tell me to say that either! I think he is one of the best people to service our heating and air conditioning system. We will try to maintain the filters and coils better ourselves. Thanks for sending Josh B our way!
