My HVAC system (which is serviced by ARS) stopped working Thursday evening, at around 6:00 pm. Due to miscommunication with the Call Center, my system was not fixed until Friday AM. I received a call from the Operations Manager apologizing for the service error and he assured me a tech would be coming to my home to solve the issue. Jim G was there within 30 minutes of that call and he evaluated and repaired the problem. He provided exceptional client service. I'm a very pleased ARS client!!
