We live in a house which sits on the shore of Cobus Creek. The house was built in 1974 and now sits in a flood plain. We would always have water in our crawl space in the Spring and Fall. We saw their booth at a home show and decided to have them come out and see our problem.
They said their system would take care of all water problems. An outside system was installed with two sump pumps. While it did reduce most of the water problem, we would still get some water and was not what they had promised. I notified them of the issue and they decided to add an inside system. That took care of our problem.
The crawl space was covered with gravel and plastic. Now the crawl space is dry and the humidity levels are now normal in the house.
Everdry has a lifetime warranty which I have used on a few occasions. The pumps have been replaced about 3 times over the 15 years we have had the system. They have always responded in a timely manner and have kept their promise of having a dry crawl space. I would recommend them to anyone who has water issues.
