Michael G. did a follow-up check on the HVAC systems that ARS Wilmington installed at my home in February 2016. Michael was extremely courteous, highly competent and thorough. In addition to adding 410A refrigerant to both systems to maintain the correct subsystem pressure, he carefully checked system static pressure, drain lines and float switch wiring. I am very pleased with ARS's prompt service and with the Wilmington ARS management team, especially Powell Cross.
