As all of us do when faced with a big project, we procrastinate. Mostly because we don't know who to call and don't want to make a costly mistake. I finally got the nerve to handle the wet basement by contacting Everydry through Home Advisor. The assessor came out and thoroughly inspected our basement. To my shock the water and mold damage was much worse than I expected. We were presented with three options with absolutely no pressure on which to choose. We agreed to the problem solver we felt best for us. What a company! I was very impressed with all aspects of the contact, communication and work done. I haven't seen customer service like this in a LONG TIME. They answered all my questions and I felt very confident all the way through the project. The day the crew came they started work around the house on the outside. They took great care with the shrubs and flowers, wrapping the shrubs with plastic to protect them. When they were through you couldn't tell they had even been there. Inside the basement was just as through. They covered things in plastic and left nothing behind in the way of mess. A foreman was with the crew, followed up on the start day with another visit of someone making sure we were happy and ready to answer any questions. I have friends that have experienced the same positive customer service from this reputable company. I would recommend Everydry to anyone with a wet basement no matter how little or large their problems are.
