I called Glenn Trents towing service at 8:51am to have a jeep towed a mile from our home. This was the big snow day for January 2016. My Son's Fiancee was coming back home from work and flipped,rolled,the vehicle. Thankfully she is ok, besides a big bump on the head. After a couple of hours, Glenn Trent called and said they were at the vehicle and needed to go back to the shop to get a bigger tow truck. Fine, okay. Waiting,waiting, then called them to see what's going on after waiting another two hours. Response was that the tow truck was there and loading it up now. Needless to say the Jeep hasn't arrived at our house yet. It's now 3:15pm. I understand the weather is really bad, but I feel like I've been toyed with and put to the side! It seems they had other priorities instead of our situation. I would not call Glenn Trent for their service again! I'm not one to complain and a very patient person, but this is one I can't let go!
