Cold customer service left us in the cold 1/19/2016

The customer support is terrible. I called at 1030 pm and was excited when they said they could have someone out here by 1am. I am a single mom to a 1 year old with weather in the teens that night. Yes, I was going to stay up and wait for a tech to show up even though I had to be up at 4. No one showed up. No one called me. I called customer service back up and was put on hold while Shelby and Carrie gave me a blanket excuse for my technician not showing up but were unable to contact the technician when I requested a definitive yes or no if he was still coming. Their website boasts about their award winning service you can count on, even in the middle of the night. Well my 1 year old in a 50 degree house (so far) and I will have to disagree with that. more
