I went to Biolofe on Saturday around 4:30 PM and I stood at the front office because it was my first time, and nobody bothered to help or tell me anything. The employees just looked at me and stood there chatting with each other. I just don't think it's a professional environment, perhaps the employees need TRAINING on how to have excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE.
