Don't be fooled by the nice pool..over priced for school priximity. Service is ok. You will not..I repeat You will NOT get your deposit back..They will make up the worst excuses to keep your money. If you are late one day paying your rent because their office was closed, they will send you a rude ridiculous letter stating they are going to evict you. When you go to the office they receive you with a hipocritical smile saying "It is FL law". Extremely unprofessional Management.
