Dwayne T was our service provider and he trouble-spotted things that I would have been oblivious to. He also went ahead and changed our air filters, and checked then double checked if everything was running well. He didnt smell of smoke when he came, which I noticed others sometimes do. He was polite, helpful, and fast. We are very happy to have Blue Dot as our provider. They have great team members.
