Tarson did not install our pool 12 years ago,but I have been going there for the last five for help with filter,pump and pool issues. Tarson has walked me thru the steps to replace sand in filter replace gaskets ect. Not once did they push their repair people on me.I have been given diagrams on doing repairs on all parts of my pool and they have turned me into my own pool tech.I have saved myself hundreds of dollars over the last 2 years.Any other company trys to send the service truck out.
