Horrible experience 10/28/2014

Charged me $250 on debit card and never credited it back to my account. Only had the car for a few hours while car was being serviced at Gwinnett Place Honda. Got a receipt showing that they refunded all but $30 but still hasn't shown on account after a week. I've tried calling them but keep being put on hold for over 15 minutes. Terrible management and customer service. Make sure to check your account if you use this location. more
