Our home appliance insurance company sent Yazd Mechanical to our house. The company claims a strong tradition to a city in Iran known for its natural wind coolants. The service tech who arrived at our house shames the Persian culture the company claims to uphold. Without even saying a word, he came into the house and within minutes claimed that our AC problem was a clogged pipe that the insurance company wouldn't pay to repair. He cut another section of the pipe, drained some water, put on a bandaid solution. When I tried to ask him questions, he rolled his eyes and responded rudely. When I called the company he answered the phone, said he was the owner, and when I said I would be filing a complaint, he responded, "I don't give a s*** and hung up on me." Don't use this company.
