Two issues. First my husband hired him. They agreed on a price. He showed up after dark to do the work, then came to the door very late to say he underquoted the job and needed more money. I told him that was not the deal and he did a partial job after that. I will never use him again, yet he rings my door bell a few times a year right before bulk trash. Last time he rang it was a week and a half ago, after 9 pm on a Saturday night. Somehow I wonder if he is casing the joint also? I did not answer the door, and he shined a flashlight through the window in my front door. Isn't that unusal?
