I can't say enough good things about this dealership! I just bought my second car from them in 9 yrs and I can truly say we got a GREAT deal on the car we were looking for.
I am a big fan of the Sonata's and bought my first one in 2004 from this dealership .We got a great deal on a 2011 Sonata SE Limited. We first went to a closer dealershipr to our home because we had to go in the evening hours after work and the sales man was HORRIBLE. Treated us like we were 16 getting our first car. The only thing missing was the plaid suit. Finally, I just told my husband we were going back to Doug's.
We did a lot of research before going so we knew what we wanted before we even got on the lot. My husband and I are in our 40's and we are not into the whole "Sales" spiel. We got on the lot and Mike came out and greeted us. I already had a car I wanted to look at and Mike was no pressure. let us do our looking and test drive without the high sales pressure. If you go there ask for Mike he will treat you like the grown person you are. We did end up buying the car we were looking at and they gave me a great deal on it. We LOVE our new car and recommend anyone to go see them for business. The whole staff was great there. I do want to mention that since we did have to go so late Mike stayed well pass their closing time to just show up some features on our car that we didn't understand. Thank you Mike we appreciate your dedication and hard work I will tell anyone interested in a car to come see you and your dealership.
