I have known Darlene since grade school, and she has always been an outgoing friendly laid back person. I decided we needed new family pics and I wanted them to be outside. I had seen other friends family pics she had taken of them on Facebook, and so I k we she did good work. From the moment I contacted her, she was professional yet friendly and easy to schedule with, and she was organized. Our pic session went perfect as did ordering and receiving the order. The whole experience from beginning to end was smooth and efficient. I will definitely use her again!
