The customer service at Billings is awful. The employees are rude and obnoxious. Things take weeks to months to be fixed, and it is apparently anybody's guess as to when something will actually be done, since nobody at Billings can tell you anything. They like to "wait for parts" for weeks! They also like to not order parts for several weeks, too. If I could give negative stars, I would. I am not sure I have ever encountered a business with poorer customer service. We will never go back and I will warn everyone I know to avoid this terrible business.
