Was instructed that they will charge $10 for parking/shuttle pass. We had our own tubes, which we indicated to their employee. There was no shuttle anywhere. We go to our car and back to pick our drivers license, now they wanted $25, since we didnt rent the tubes there. We told them we had previously spoken to their employee. They laughed us off. We had no other choice than to pay since we needed to get our DL license back. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they handed me his business card- Ben O'Neil.
I contacted Ben on his cell phone to following day. He asked if I knew how to read English. I indicated to him that I will report this to the BBB, which did not concern him. From the sounds of it, he is used to dealing with disgruntled customers due to their poor business practices/scamming abilities.
They just rape people for owning this location. Horrible experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. Dont let these cowards scam you. Never again will I considering using these folks.
