It is two weeks prior to the wedding and Irini’s REFUSES to give us our dress. Irini’s called one of our mother’s the B-word, to her face! They called the Maid of Honor a B-word. All of this stemmed because they tried to convince the bride the hem was not uneven and they were questioned. The had told the Maid of Honor to tell the bride she looked great no matter what when she were trying in the dress. They thought they could bully people into taking an obvious mistake.
The dress was ordered over FIVE moths ago. After waiting three months for alterations, it of course needed a second go at it. Nothing too uncommon here. After another and another fitting, the hemming was uneven. One foot showed, one did not. The Bustle was completely screwed up. It got a point where the seamstress said, “this can’t be fixed!” WHAT?!!?
The veil, which we were told had been ordered months ago, has in fact, NOT been ordered.
So now we sit, TWO weeks prior to the wedding and we have no dress. The customer service was awful, the staff was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful, and this is every bride’s nightmare.
