On certain days only one cashier available trying to work both windows. This causes a long wait time with the processing time per customer is appro 15-20 mins. I entered store around 11:00, there was one being processed and two more behind him, then me.. At ;11:35 there was one ahead of me. She was having to do a renewal appl..I est another 15 mins for her to do this and then be done with her tansaction. That would have made me start my transaction around 11:50. Almost an hr in the store. I left and came bsck later as I had a 12:00 appt elsewhere.
