The neighborhood is great. One minute from I90, a few minutes from metra stations, and so close to the crowds in Schaumburg/ woodfield mall but not in the middle of the craziness. There's a library a few minutes down the road too. And Hoffman Estates police station. Also, they are spending quite a lot of design and energy in the upkeep and landscaping. I think it's worth the money.
