Good: great cleanup, courteous installer, nice job. Bad: Lump sum cost, would not send me an itemized receipt, cost was very high according to plumbers I talked to. Wouldn't ever have them again or recommend them to my friends.. Improvements: Senior citizens discount!!!!!! Give an over the phone estimate..
