Dish does great sushi and Japanese / Asian food, even if it is a little pricey. The food here always seems to be well prepared and fresh, and some of the sushi rolls are visually stunning. Funny enough the fried rice tastes wonderful here too as it has a more complex smokey flavor to it that you just don't normally get elsewhere. The Korean offerings are done well too. I have eaten here numerous times now and I can say that the service has always been good. I have never experienced any of the problems with slow service or seating that other diners mention. The fried oreo cookie they usually give you at the end of the meal is an acquired tatse though!
