Good: Toni is amazing - she designs each program based on the needs of your lifestyle - there are no gimmicks - just quick weight loss and amazing support - she is knowledgeable in both Nutrition and Psychology and that really makes a difference in our counseling sessions. If you have a health problem or have had trouble losing weight in the past, this is the place for you - I have never lost weight so effortlessly and quickly - and the most amazing thing is I have had my weight off for years!!!!!. Bad: She is terrific - no complaints!!. Improvements: She has thought of everything and perfected her approach. She has been in practice since 1989 - believe me, it is all good!!.
