Waiting for nearly 2 months for this company to finish installing. They indicated a backorder which pushed to 3 weeks before they got started. Installer indicates that he doesn't have enough material to finish the job, stops working even though there is material left to apply area that needs to be done so roofer can finish their job. It's been over 2 weeks since the installer has been on the job, work has discontinued, salesman is only person who answers the phone and says he will have someone contact me. Left messages with company, and no one returns my phone calls. Installation is 60% done, it's raining and I fear that the water is going to leak into the house. This company has not been responsive for over 2 weeks now. I would not recommend this company to anyone; that's unfortunate. Product is a good product and was good value.
