Best Service in a LONG TIME 8/2/2011

This is the 2nd time that I have used Wind River,and I have had top notch service both times. This time I had a grear experience with the customer service rep that had helped me that day. She was able to get me a great deal on the price of pumbing out my tank. The driver they sent to my house was exceptational. He took the time to explain to me the importance of pumbing on a regular bases.(as i waited 5 yrs). I had sluge build up on the wallsand bottom of tank ,not good,he recommended I put a bacteria assitive to help eat that sludge away. This driver was very informanitive well spoken an all around pleasant person. I will defintly be using them for alll future service. more

Saved my septic 7/5/2011

We started using Wind River Environmental to service our septic system after we bought our house in Avon in 2005. They are always there when scheduled. The work is always done promptly. The yard is always put back the way they found it, or better. They also provide great info on how to keep the system working efficiently, along with septic chemicals that work great. One of the few companies that I will recommend to our neighbors. more

We've been using Wind River for about ten years. They are always able to set up appointments quickly, and their technicians are courteous and well-informed. Instead of giving you a hard-sell or throwing literature at you, they take the time to describe the condition of your tank, and answer any questions you might have. That kind of honesty is appreciated. Recently, they had to reschedule an appt of ours, and knocked $25 dollars off the price. Not bad! Stow, MA more

Called this morning and spoke with Jason who was extremely personable and polite. Pete the technician showed up within 2 hrs of our call. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that has a septic system!! more

We've used Wind River Environmental for the past six years to service our Septic system and they are always prompt, efficient and professional. They know right where to find the access and cause a minimum of disruption to our lawn. The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend their services. more

I have used Wind River to maintain my septic system for the past 5 years. They are very knowledgable and have educated me about septic system maintenance since I have been using them. In fact since using them my septic system has improved over the past 5 years. I would recommend them for use. more

Very informative 5/14/2011

We have been using Wind River now for about 6 or 7 years and have been really happy with their service and expertise. They have given very helpful advice on how to maintain a healthy septic system by the products that are put into the system which can harm it, such as bleach, and ways to keep the bacteria healthy and balanced. Their drivers are courteous and helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good, friendly service. more

Find another septic company 10/25/2008

The technicians are salespeople for their 'products'. They hold the 'if you don't you will need a $30k septic system' over your head until you cave. I have had better buying experience with a used car salesman. They also found that my system was miraculously 500 extra gallons. I needed to pull out the title V to prove it was not the size they calculated. In my opinion, you should keep looking for another system. Pros: Showed up Cons: Selling of bacteria more
