Paul, the owner, is very fair and nice. 7/5/2013

Last work appears good. However my stirring wheel was really, really greasy. It had taken a lot of napkins and Windex to clean it off. Hopefully the mechanics take more care to ensure the vehicles remain clean. more

Christian based buiness 6/27/2013

Jim was was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my brakes and when he had to wait for a part he even brought all my tools to my house so I could go to work the next day! you don't find that very often. more

Utica Wear Master is a true Christian Company and that is important to my wife and I. They are fair, honest, trustworthey and dependable. In addition, they always do a fantastic job regarding our car repair's. Plus their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We would not take are car's anywhere else. more

The guys did a great job not letting me go home until they got to go through my vehicle. They showed me what was wrong and needed to be replaced. Leaving I was very confident that the job would be finished and it wasn't something just to get more money out of me. Thanks guys. more

Oil change and other services 5/1/2013

Love the service and people. I know I can go there and not be charged an arm and a leg. If they know my service can be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, then they recommend that I go to the dealership. Love their honesty. more
